2. CANCELLATION BEFORE DISPATCH

If the cancellation request is received before the order has been dispatched:

  • The order may be cancelled.
  • A full refund will be processed for prepaid orders.
  • Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

3. CANCELLATION AFTER DISPATCH

Once an order has been dispatched from our facility:

  • Cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
  • The order will continue to be delivered to the provided address.
  • Customers may refer to the Refund & Replacement Policy for eligible claims.

4. REFUSAL OF DELIVERY

If a customer refuses delivery after dispatch:

  • Shipping and handling costs incurred by ORVICA NATURALS may be deducted from any eligible refund.
  • ORVICA NATURALS reserves the right to refuse future orders from customers who repeatedly refuse deliveries.

5. ORDER CANCELLATION BY ORVICA NATURALS

ORVICA NATURALS reserves the right to cancel any order under circumstances including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing errors
  • Payment verification issues
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Incomplete customer information
  • Operational or logistical limitations

In such cases, customers will be notified and any eligible refund will be processed promptly.


6. REFUND TIMELINE FOR CANCELLED ORDERS

For approved cancellations:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary depending on banks and payment gateways.
  • Typical refund timeline is 5–10 business days.

ORVICA NATURALS shall not be responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or payment providers.


7. SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS (IF APPLICABLE)

If ORVICA NATURALS introduces subscription-based products or services in the future:

  • Customers may cancel future subscription renewals before the next billing cycle.
  • Charges already processed for a billing cycle may not be refundable.
